Kurt Blaum
Kurt Fritz Johannes Blaum (10 April 1884 – 26 November 1970) was a German politician who served in political roles both before and after the Second World War; he was Mayor of Hanau between 1921 and 1933, and Mayor of Frankfurt between 1945 and 1946. Provided by Wikipedia
